SALES TERRITORY MANAGER
1. Carrying out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition on the product range of Hyva
• Sales of the Hyva products - Hydaulics
• Takes care of existing customers and recruits new customers
• Visit customers on a recurring basis to take any initiative necessary to improve customers satisfaction and maximizing Company profitablility.
2. Carries out, on the basis of the commercial activities
• Makes price agreements (within the appointed margins and price-fixing agreements) and agreements on delivery and payment terms
• Follows-up (and checks) offers that are being sent and keeps contact with clients (by calling afterwards) concerning open offers.
3. Is responsible for handling of orders
• Checks for new customers their credibility through credit management
• Is responsible for proper preparation of invoicing
• Tunes and monitors the deliveries and provides relevant information to the customer
• Provides product and pricing information to customers
4. Provides (sales) information and supports the area sales managers / sales managers in preparation, monitoring and optimization/realization of sales plans
• Assists with preparation of the annual plan for the marketing area
• Gathers and records operating market information for the department
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
5. Provides information for the progress of the total sales department
• Keeps informed of developments in the market and reports these to Managing Director / Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
