About the role

The Accounts Payable Specialist performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Vendor Interaction: Engage directly with vendors (from Europe) via email and phone to resolve payment issues, address queries related to invoices and payments;,
  • Monitor and manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments;
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams and invoice approvers to address credit holds and account-related issues;
  • Prepare analysis of accounts;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues;
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
  • Assist with month-end closing;
  • Provide relevant information to external and internal auditors.
  • Establish and maintain work instructions


Requirements

  • Excellent command of English language – C1
  • Other language – a plus
  • Educational Level: Secondary vocational education+
  • Professional Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Good  in MS Excell
