POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a key player in financial analysis and strategic decision-making!

Your duties include providing high quality advice to and supporting decision-making by management of the regions and support functions in the business unit.
Your role extends to supporting the commercial team in their daily tasks, ensuring the realm of controlling.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in driving and impacting performance by providing transparent financial insights in the following topics:

  • Financial Performance and KPI Achievement: Achieve financial targets and KPIs by acting as a business partner through reporting key metrics and advising on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.
  • Finance business support for the country management team in achieving targets in sales, profitability and working capital.
  • Cashflow Management: Secure an optimized overall cash-flow and optimization of the working capital;
  • To support commercial team on business decision and opportunity identification, and improve transparency to better achieve business target

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education - preferably economics, finance or related.
  • Minimum 2++ years of experience in Business Controlling
  • Pro-active approach with an analytical mind, who identifies problems and implements solutions.
  • Excellent command in verbal and written English languages.
  • Additional German language knowledge will be preferred.
  • Experience in translating data into insight and providing data-driven advice to senior stakeholders.
