Business Development Manager, BU Components
Hyva Pacific is looking to bring on an energetic, driven and competitive Business Development Manager to oversee our expanding customer base in Australia and New Zealand.
This exciting and broad reaching role will encompass sales of Hyva's Components range of Transport Hydraulics and Truck & Trailer Couplings throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Main tasks
- Sell, acquire, look after and develop commercial relationships, and is responsible for the sales targets within the assigned market
- Collect and collate information about the market, competitors and customers, and provide input to the relevant departments of the company.
- Ensure that orders from existing OEM and fleet customers are received and entered correctly..
- Continue to build on Hyva's existing customer base by bringing in new business whilst maintaining existing business.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Work with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication and promotional activities
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience
- More than 5 years working experience in a Business Development Manager role.
- Qualifications in engineering, hydraulics or other transport related fields
- Good organizational and coordination ability, Commercial insight and skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Driving license holder
- Adaptation to business trips
