Global Recruitment Manager

For our HQ in the Netherlands we are looking for experienced Global Recruitment Manager to act as a sparring partner for senior leaders. In this role, you will have the challenging task of helping our teams to grow at a very rapid pace with a focus on recruiting Hyva Team Members for commercial and operational roles at all seniority levels. You will be end responsible for HQ vacancies, at the same time you will be acting as a sparring partner for Regional HR/Recruiters when recruiting for critical global positions. 

As Global Recruitment Manager you are also owner of Global Recruitment Process and Products (e.g. ATS, Career Website ). You will have the possibility to execute international projects that contribute to an efficient, robust, measurable recruitment process providing Hyva Leaders data to take strategic decisions. 

 Your key responsibilities are:

  • End to End recruitment activities
  • Managing and improving our recruitment process
  • Employer Branding, external/internal media presence and communication
  • Internal and external relationship management

Professional qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience and effectiveness in HR practices, process improvement, and employee engagement; 
  • High level of English written and verbal communication skills.
