HR Services Delivery Team Leader

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Services Delivery Team Leader is an integral part of the HR Shared Services team at Hyva, responsible for leading a team of HR Services Delivery Coordinators, who are responsible for general HR administration, and first-line HR advise. This position supports both local- and Business Unit management and cooperates with HR Business Partners and the HR Centre of Excellence.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the HR Services Delivery team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR policies within the team and countries of his/her scope
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a uniform way of working in line with global HR Services policies and procedures.
• Monitor, oversee and advise on internal policies in line with changes in labor laws and regulations.
• Represent HR Services during HR related audits.
• Oversees and is responsible for the management of HR administration and data, including employment contracts, benefits programs (medical insurance, life insurance, pension), and employee leave records in his/her designated team.
• Maintains GDPR regulations.
• Maintains a close cooperation with the HR Services Payroll Team Leader.
• Maintain the HR knowledge database regarding international regulations and laws.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HRIS systems and other HR-related software and locations.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure employees adhere to all HR policies and procedures.
• Assist the HR Services Delivery Manager with HR Services related projects.
• Use KPIs to drive continuous improvement in HR Service Delivery processes.
• Ensure seamless continuity of HR operations and maintain high standards of service delivery during transitional phases.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on HR administration, payroll, and employee relations.
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, management science or other related discipline, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferred).
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
