Quality Product Manager

The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the suppliers develop their process(es) in line with the Hyva’s design intent and verify their systems to ensure they are compliant. This includes on-site supply chain company verification.

The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for delivering all aspects of the Supplier Operations Quality Assurance function on an on-going basis in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy to ensure that the business’ products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.

The Supplier Quality Manager ensures that suppliers continuously improve, develop and implement best practices that emphasize:

  1. Defect prevention
  2. Reduction in variation and waste
  3. Meet quality standards requirement
  4. Procedures and Processes adhered to the Hyva standards, to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
