POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Warehouse Manager who will lead the manufacturing & operations team to achieve business objectives all while taking into account HYVA values & policies. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team in EMEA to ensure alignment with overall objectives and deliver operational targets. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders to support commercial outcomes and ensure production goals are met all while maintaining site health & safety.
The Warehouse Manager directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives actions and supervises value stream activities in subordinate areas – Production, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse with strong focus on productivity and improvements ensuring panels are built efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Responsible for financial performance - analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Budgeting and cost control Drives problem solving activities to reduce variable and fix cost
- Lean management Drives standardization and cooperation across departments,
- Drives problem solving activities to eliminate waste.
- Oversees performance and implement improvements to drive overall productivity increase targets
- Target orientation Ensures achieving targets revenue, service, efficiency, quality levels and output
- Team supervision Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track of experience as people manager in manufacturing or in a similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- Higher technical education with mechanical or related profile
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Planning and organizing
