Region Director

We are looking for the experienced Regional Director Indonesia & Pacific, BU Components to lead the local team achieve business target. In this role you will oversees sales activities in Hyva Business Unit Components Indonesia and Pacific to meet business requirements, analyze current market trends to meet consumer demands, strategical plans and customer needs, responsible implementing effective sales processes and improving employee engagement techniques. The role includes landlord responsibilities.

Main accountabilities:

  • Oversees, manage, and grow sales activities in Hyva Business Unit Components Indonesia and Pacific to meet business requirements.
  • Responsible for regional strategy formulation, decoding, and execution.
  • Organizes the after sales network to support Hyva global sales activities.
  • Prepares the annual sales budget, quarterly forecast and monitor financial performance in relation to this.
  • Manage and oversea the local workshop for installations, service and warranties.
  • Ensures SIOP (sales, inventory and Operation Performance) is followed and regularly reviewed with Management Team, including the right inventory levels.
  • Closely monitor NWC (inventory, debtors and account payables) to make sure Hyva entity will be in the best Financial situation.
  • Manages and motivates subordinate staff, and ensure that all employees are properly trained, keep them motivated for the job.
  • Serve as landlord of the Hyva Indonesia office, warehouse and workshop for all 3 business units. Manage all related responsibilities, host global functions (Finance, HR, ICT, Legal etc).

Requirements:

  • Preferred University Degree in Engineering and/or Economy, Basic knowledge in accounting and financial area
  • More than 5 years of management experience in a comparable function (Sales, Marketing, or Technology)
  • Excellent knowledge of and experienced in commercial vehicle industry and/or transport market
  • Good knowledge of company administration, country laws and regulations.
  • Strong client service skills, ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Open minded mentality and ability to work in an international organization.
  • Strong leadership, English and presentation skills.
