Hyva is a multinational company with a dynamic environment which is not prevalent in the companies that are similar in terms of the size as Hyva.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Hyva? What led you to a career at Hyva?

I am in a role with global responsibilities across several different functions in the organization. With the responsibilities, exposure and coordination across the world and colleagues from different background, there are huge numbers of potentials of growth and changes. This is the attraction.

What’s one thing you are working on now that inspires your
team/coworkers?

I am introducing an online live platform into the team to coordinate projects across regions and functions. The progress management is performing along with the statistics track. It progresses the coordination and communication as well as the understanding of the working approach among the team.

This is your 2th year with Hyva. What advice would you give to someone just starting today?

Hyva is a dynamic multinational company. To be pro-active and creative is important to contribute to the company. And to keep being starving is a key for the professional growth in Hyva.

How does your role at Hyva allow you to grow? What professional growth benefits do you use at Hyva?

I am in a role with global responsibilities across several different functions in the organization. With the responsibilities, exposure and coordination across the world and colleagues from different background, flexibility, creativity and adaptiveness are the keys to succeed. This is a progress of learning from doing. There are several development programs as well, such as leadership program.

What makes Hyva unique in its approach to customer excellence? How does Hyva go above and beyond to serve its customers?

Hyva is a customer-oriented company. It is flexible and creative to fulfill all different demands from the customers. It provides not only the products to the customers, but also the solution to solve the situation that the customers are confronting.

As part of a global team, how does Hyva support connectedness and communication?

Global team plays a role of providing platform and creating programs to the regional teams to connect and communicate with each other. The regional teams get support from the others and global team when it is necessary. The platform and programs make sure the connection and communication among the regions is a comprehensive network instead of spot-to-spot connection.
